In my infinite wisdom, I upgraded from cardboard to putting two canvases together to make large paintings. Ah, evolution. In any event this painting depicts the Government’s MK Delta program (hence the title) which I will not go into detail about here for obvious reasons. Research it yourself if you want a scary story with your morning cup of Joe. Suffice to say, multiple personalities, secret assassins, and mind control are its bread and butter.
