This, one of my earliest paintings and done on cardboard, deteriorated to the point of no return. Depicting a battle between two legendary Sumerian gods, this painting veers off into the absurd utilizing elements of Greek, Egyptian, and even Native American imagery, with a medieval city in the background, to depict gods who transcend cultures and epochs.
